NEARLY NEW SALE
Our nearly new sales and information days are great opportunities to pick up pre-loved baby and maternity clothes, equipment, real nappies and toys at bargain prices.

We have a fantastic cafe with delicious home baking and (if volunteering allows for) savoury food too.
​
In addition it is a great chance to meet all the friendly folks who make the PPC, well, the PPC! You can chat to our facilitators, trustees and staff and find out what we do and what support you can find at the PPC.

Our next nearly new sale is on SATURDAY 13TH MAY 2023 from 10am-2pm.

Donating to our sale
We welcome donations by drop off at 188 Pleasance between 10am - 2pm as follows:
For clothes and small items (toys, small equipment, real nappies)
- from Tuesday 26th April 2023For larger items of equipment (buggies, moses baskets etc)
- from Wednesday 3rd May 2023For home baking (please provide a list of ingredients and name your cake box with a contact no for return) - on Friday 12th May 2023
What help do we need?
The NNS sales are our largest fundraising events and require lots of help to make them a success. You can help in the following ways:
Sorting through our donations
Helping us recycle what we can't sell
Be part of the setting up of the sale on the day before (Friday 12th May)
Baking us a cake for our cafe
Being a helper on the sale date (Sat 13th May
Helping us post-sale with unsold items
WHAT WE CAN AND CAN'T ACCEPT

Yes:
Baby clothes (upto 3 years old)
Maternity clothes
Equipment that can be taken away on the day on foot (if in doubt, check with our office)
Cloth nappies
Gro/sleep bags, baby assessories & bedding
Toys and books (children's books only)
No:
Car seats
Breast pumps (used)
Used bottles, teats and plastic good storage
Toiletries, lotions, creams, vitamins
Books, CDs or DVDs (on pregnancy or parenting)
