About and FAQs

Over a four week workshop, this is a supportive space for parents who identify as neurodivergent—whether formally diagnosed or self-recognised. Together, we will explore the unique experiences and challenges of parenting while neurodivergent, with the aim of fostering greater self-understanding and connection. Facilitated by an experienced psychotherapist, the session will include guided self-reflection prompts and opportunities for open discussion. Parents will be encouraged to share their perspectives, learn from one another, and gain insights into their own parenting journey within a safe and inclusive environment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give us as much notice as possible. Because we are a charity, we only run workshops if we can meet our running costs. If you book and subsequently have to cancel, we ask that you give us at least two weeks notice. Any closer to the workshop start date, we will always try to offer you an alternative course date or come to some arrangement on a case by case basis. Please give us as much notice as possible of cancellation of your space.
